You’ll need a post-secondary degree or diploma to become a nursing assistant or a CNA–meaning you’ll need to graduate from high school and get an education in nursing. According to Study.com, you will also need to pass a state test and receive a certificate (for a CNA position or title)
You would need to start studying the basics before you can take a State test or get your certificate. You will need to study inside a state-approved curriculum.
